Afterbrawl 1.0

for Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Afterbrawl is a stage replacement pack for Super Smash Bros. Brawl that includes 23 additional stages, mostly from Brawl mods and Smash Bros. fangames that came out after Brawl did – hence the name. No codes are required, and this pack is designed so it can either coexist with the Classic Expansion Pack or work on its own.

My criteria for including stages in this pack were:

Requirements:

This pack does not require any special codes to be enabled (except for the File Patch Code, which is always required for Gecko OS users.) However, there is an optional Custom SSS code in the “Codes (optional).txt” file, which re-orders the stage select screen so that the new stages are on the second screen and the Brawl/Melee stages are on the first one.

Beginner instructions (if you don't have any Brawl hacks installed yet):

If you don't need to use the Stage Builder method (i.e. you have the Homebrew Channel already), you can re-enable Stage Builder by deleting /private/wii/app/RSBE/st/st_080805_0933.bin from the SD card and replacing /codes/RSBE01.gct with the file “EnableStageBuilder.gct” in the same folder.

To use this pack along with Classic Expansion Pack 5.4:

Project M

Project M Demo 2.6

STGMANSION.pac

Dracula's Castle

A05: Dracula's Castle (Super Smash Flash 2)

This stage, originally made by Robz, found its way into Project: M. In turn, it inspired a similar stage in Super Smash Flash 2, which includes a remix of Castlevania II's Bloody Tears as its music.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGNORFAIR.pac

Norfair

In Project M's Norfair, the lava won't be a problem, but the left and right platforms will slowly move in and out.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGGREENHILL.pac

Green Hill Zone

The Project M team's version of Katakiri's modified Green Hill Zone stage, which features a large base platform and a small swinging one.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGOLDIN.pac

Skyloft

The stage itself is the upper-left part of Temple (as also seen in Brawl-), but the background is ripped directly from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGJUNGLE.pac

Rumble Falls

One of the most well-known stage edits; this stage is notable for being included with the latest versions of Brawl+, Brawl- and P:M.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGBATTLEFIELD.pac

Battlefield

Project M's Battlefield has the same platform dimensions as Melee's.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGSTARFOX*.pac

Lylat Cruise

In this version, the ship stays level instead of tilting.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGMADEIN.pac

WarioWare, Inc.

Listed as “WarioWare (Static).” Similar to Pokémon Stadium 2 (above), there are no mini-games.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGPALUTENA.pac

Skyworld

There are no breakable platforms in this version of Skyworld, making it a more traditional stage.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGSTADIUM.pac

Pokémon Stadium 2

This stage is listed as “Pokémon Stadium 2 (Static)” on the stage select screen, because it doesn't transform like Brawl's does – it stays in its default configuration.

Project M Demo 2.6

STGTENGAN_*.pac

SSE: Jungle

H06: Main Theme (Pikmin)
H08: Jungle Level

This version, from Demo 2.6, is smaller than earlier versions of the stage.

Brawl-

Brawl- 2.x.6

STGNEWPORK.pac

New Pork City

A large chunk of ice (whose slope acts as a wall, not a floor) blocks off the lefthand side of the stage.

Brawl- 2.x.6

STGDONKEY.pac

1337 m

Less of an “edit” than an entirely new stage using 75 m's programming and models.

Brawl- 2.x.6

STGFINAL.pac

Lavaville

Project M's Norfair may not have the lava hazards of the Brawl version, but this Brawl- stage combines Norfair's lava with Smashville's platforms.

Brawl- 2.x.6

STGDXYORSTER.pac

Yoshi's Island -

The yellow blocks on this version of Yoshi's Island (Melee) act as the stage ledges, and the right portion of the stage has been removed.

Brawl- 2.x.6

STGICE.pac

Pokémon Stadium 2 (Frozen)

While the Project M version of Pokémon Stadium 2 is frozen in its default form, Brawl- includes this version, where it's frozen as... well, the frozen stage.

Melee: SD Remix

Remade by: AxcelTheBrawler

STGDXGREENS.pac

Green Greens

A remake of the modified Green Greens seen in SD Remix, a mod of SSBM. The yellow blocks are gone, and the sides of the stage are pushed towards the center to fill the gap.

Super Smash Flash 2

Remade by: xxWutzMercyxx

STGDXSHRINE.pac

Saturn Valley

W24: Hi Hi HiSaturn Valley

An Earthbound-themed stage from the fangame Super Smash Flash 2.

Remade by: xxWutzMercyxx

STGFAMICOM.pac

Hidden Leaf Village

A17: Hidden Leaf Village

A very large SSF2 stage, based on the Naurto series.

Super Smash Bros. Crusade

Remade by: libertyernie

STGMARIOPAST_*.pac

Rice Beach

A01: Main Theme (Wario Land)
A02: Wario Land Medley (Crusade)

This version has been edited slightly since I first posted it a couple years ago – the barrels in front have been removed (a change Nausicaa made that I adopted), and a background has been added behind the normal background.

Remade by: libertyernie

STGEARTH.pac

Planet Flora

L06: Shooting Ristar
L01: Dancing Leaves

A remake of the stage from Super Smash Bros. Crusade, using only 2D textures and Stage Builder blocks.

common5 note: If you want to use an individual sc_selmap.pac file instead of a single common5.pac file, you can use BrawlBox to extract the sc_selmap archive into a seperate .pac file.
